Authors
Prospective authors are kindly asked to prepare a single-spaced one-column two-page digest including the title, authors and their affiliation, as well as the main content of the paper, results, figures, and references.
The digest files (both WORD and PDF) should be submitted to SAEM'21 Organizing Committee using the on-line Conference Management System no later than the announced deadline.

If you already have an account in the Microsoft CMT system, use your e-mail address and password to log in or otherwise register by clicking on the available link. If you forgot your password, click on the link Forgot your password? to obtain a new password which will be assigned automatically and sent to your e-mail. The password can be changed as desired after logging in.

After logging in click on Create new submission and enter the required data for your digest (title, authors, subject area, digest files). Please make sure to upload two files: Microsoft Word and pdf version of the digest. Repeat the process if you wish to submit more than one digest.
Please note that when the first author uploads the digest and adds information about the co-authors (name, affiliation and e-mail address), the co-authors are automatically added to the Microsoft CMT database even if they previously never registered in the Microsoft CMT system. If such a co-author wishes to upload another digest as the first author, he/she will be notified that his/her e-mail address is already being used although no password for this user exists. In that case please click on Forgot your password? and simply obtain an automatically generated password for login to the Microsoft CMT system. The password can be changed as desired after logging in.
All papers will be reviewed based on the digest. The Book of Digests will be published in an electronic form and will contain all preliminary accepted papers received by the specified deadline. Authors of the accepted digests will be asked to present their paper(s) in either poster or oral form.

After the conference the authors will be invited to submit their full papers for review in special issues of the selected journals: Technical Gazette (ISSN1848-6339, WoS IF=0,678), Automatika - Journal for Control, Measurement, Electronics, Computing and Communications (ISSN1848-3380, WoS IF=0,5), International Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering Systems (ISSN: 1847-7003) and Przeglad Elektrotechniczny (ISSN 2449-9544). The submitted full papers will undergo an independent peer-review process according to the rules of a specific journal and will be published depending on the final decision of the reviewers.
The conference deadlines are as follows:
- February 05, 2021 - Submission of two-page digests
- February 22, 2021 - Notification of Acceptance
- April 05, 2021 - Payment of Conference Fee
- April 09, 2021 - Final Conference Program
- April 25, 2021 - Beginning of the Conference
