Registration

The regular registration covers the author’s package, admission to the sessions, a copy of the Book of Digests published on USB, accommodation (3 nights in a double room), welcome dinner, 2 lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet dinner and social events during the symposium. Single rooms, subject to additional payment, are also available. Full information on registration fees, depending on payment terms, dates and more, as well as fees for publishing selected papers in certain journals, will be published on the conference web pages.

Registration Fees

Author's Regular Registration Fee includes: author’s package, admission to the sessions, a copy of the Book of Digests published on USB, accommodation (3 nights in a double room), welcome dinner, 2 lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet dinner and social events during the symposium.

Accompanying Person Fee includes: admission to the sessions, accommodation (3 nights in a
double room), welcome dinner, 2 lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet dinner and social events during the symposium.

Student Registration Fee includes: author’s package, admission to the sessions, a copy of the Book of Digests published on USB, accommodation (3 nights in a hostel room), welcome dinner, 2 lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet dinner and social events during the symposium.

Please note that there are available 30 double rooms in the hotel ****Patria. When paying the conference fee and booking a room, the principle will be based on the "first-come-first-served". For late participient are organized hotel **** Ivica & Marica , in nearby Ethno Village Karanac (10km) with organized transport to conference and back. Lunches for all will be organized in hotel Patria.
